Engineering robust defenses against digital cybercrime and AI-enabled fraud.
Protecting our youth and community through expert guidance, secure reporting, and proactive innovation. We bridge the critical protection gap with community-led defense.
The Urgent Need: A Silent Epidemic
We are engineering solutions to close the protection gap where 90–95% of digital cybercrime goes unreported. Our focus is urgent: protecting minors and citizens from a wide range of sophisticated threats, including: • Sextortion and financial extortion • Grandparents AI scams • Investment and crypto scams • Student-targeted schemes — tuition, scholarship, and lottery fraud • Immigration, rent, and job scams We provide the strategic framework to move from reactive mourning to proactive, community-led defense. This is about protecting our youth and our community from an industrial-scale epidemic of AI-enabled fraud — and we are here to change that.
Our Strategic Approach
SCAM DOWN Program (SDP) deploys a multi-layered strategy to combat digital cybercrime — combining the SDP Security Code System, evidence collection guidance, and global intelligence gathering to protect our community.

SDP Security Code System
A secure, privacy-first ID for confidential reporting to law enforcement. Protects your identity while ensuring your case gets the attention it deserves.

Evidence Collection Guidance
Expert guidance on preserving digital evidence securely so you can submit it directly to law enforcement, the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre, or for minors — Cybertip.ca or Kids Help Phone — with confidence.

Global Anonymous Survey
Real-time data collection to track emerging digital threats and protect the most vulnerable. Intelligence gathered here shapes our prevention strategies.

Peer Support Navigation
Stress-coping education and guidance connecting affected individuals to licensed, professional healthcare resources and government-funded support programs.

Prevention Education
Professional workshops and training for individuals, businesses, schools, and community centres covering scam tactics, red flags, and cyber safety.

Community Referral Network
As an independent non-profit, SDP+ guides individuals to established government programs, healthcare services, housing support, and educational resources — ensuring every person finds the right help.
⚠️ Security Protocol — We do NOT accept phone calls from victims or non-victims.
Our phone line is strictly reserved for law enforcement, government agencies, and collaborating organizations. This is by design — the SDP+ Security System keeps all victims anonymous. To file a report or apply for funding: 1. Email us at scamdownprogramcases@gmail.com with your first name only — this protects you from anyone getting your information. 2. Preserve your evidence: screenshots, emails, phone numbers, text messages, Snapchat messages — across all platforms. You will submit these directly to the proper authorities. 3. You will receive an SDP+ Security Code. 4. Present your Security Code to police, the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre, or for minors — report to Cybertip.ca or Kids Help Phone. Once you present your code, your information and evidence will be disclosed to those authorities through the secure system. SDP+ never asks victims for money. If anyone claiming to be SDP+ demands payment, stop contact immediately and report it.

Built on collaboration, integrity, and community — not just numbers
SDP+ is an independent, newly launched community resource. Our impact will be measured through the collaborations we build, the individuals we guide to proper services, and the communities we strengthen. We work alongside — never within — law enforcement and government agencies. We always defer to their authority and follow their guidance. Our role is to educate, refer, and support — locally, nationally, and globally.
