Understanding our terms and how we serve you
These terms outline how SCAM DOWN Program (SDP) operates, who we help, what services we provide, and your rights and obligations as a participant. Please read carefully before using our services. 1. ONE-TIME ASSISTANCE ONLY All financial assistance, emergency grants, and free legal services are available on a one-time basis per individual only. 2. PROOF OF BILLS REQUIRED To qualify for financial assistance of up to $2,000 or more, you must provide verifiable proof of outstanding bills. Payment is issued by cheque from SDP's financial team upon approval. 3. FRAUD CONSEQUENCES Any individual found to have fabricated a claim, used another person's identity, or been identified as a scam artist using SDP's services will face: full repayment of all funds received, heavy civil and criminal charges, and a potential jail sentence. SDP cooperates fully with law enforcement in all such cases. 4. $5,000 REWARD PROGRAM — ADULTS SDP offers a $5,000 reward to any adult whose information leads to the confirmed arrest and prosecution of a scam artist or organization. The reward is paid upon confirmed arrest and may be used to pay off outstanding bills or any personal financial obligations. All informants are kept fully confidential. 5. $5,000 REWARD PROGRAM — MPPA (MINORS UNDER 18) SDP's Minor Protection Program Assistance (MPPA) includes a dedicated $5,000 reward for minors under 18 who were caught up in a scam ring — including sex trafficking, gaming fraud, gambling, or any other exploitative activity — and who came forward voluntarily through the MPPA Voluntary Surrender Program and whose cooperation directly led to the confirmed arrest and charges of the individuals or organization responsible. This reward is intended to help the minor pay off outstanding bills and move forward positively. It is issued upon confirmed arrest and charges, with parent or guardian consent. It is separate from and in addition to all other MPPA services — free counselling up to $2,000, free legal services, and emergency grants — which remain available regardless of reward eligibility. Full details are discussed confidentially during the MPPA intake process. 6. CONFIDENTIAL VOLUNTARY SURRENDER PROGRAM — ADULTS SDP recognizes that some individuals involved in scam operations may be acting under pressure, coercion, or addiction. If you are involved in a scam operation and wish to come forward voluntarily and confidentially, SDP offers the following structured path: — Surrender confidentially by contacting SDP at scamdownprogramcases@gmail.com — Provide names and details of other individuals or organizations involved — SDP will formally advocate on your behalf to the presiding Honourable Judge. Leniency is determined solely at the Honourable Judge's discretion. SDP makes no guarantees as to outcome. — Appear before the presiding community Honourable Judge to formally apologize to your victims — Make a donation of your choice — directly to victims or to SDP — on a monthly basis as ongoing restitution — Serve a probationary period of one year with all conditions met in full — Any breach results in immediate referral back to law enforcement, full criminal charges, and no further SDP advocacy — ever 7. MPPA VOLUNTARY SURRENDER PROGRAM — MINORS UNDER 18 The MPPA Voluntary Surrender Program is a confidential, non-punitive pathway for minors under 18 drawn into scam activity. No charges are initiated by SDP. Lawyers and counsellors assess the situation with first-time leniency. The minor receives a firm warning that future involvement will carry serious legal consequences. Full details are set out in the MPPA program description. 8. 24-HOUR HOTLINE SDP is launching a 24-hour hotline for scam victims and fraud reporting. Details to be announced on our website and social media. 9. CONFIDENTIALITY All client information is kept strictly confidential and never shared with the public or media. Information is only shared with law enforcement when legally required or when it supports your case. © 2026 SCAM DOWN Program (SDP). All Rights Reserved. | Licence #1001189105

SDP Will Speak for Itself
SDP is in the process of gaining the trust of all individuals, all victims, all companies, all authorities, and all partners we work with — and we will earn that trust through our actions, not our words. The senior authorities and officials we are building relationships with — law enforcement, government agencies, legal institutions, and judicial bodies — will stand behind every individual, every victim, every company, and every participant, investor, and partner we collaborate with. All partnerships will be well taken care of. All cases will be handled with the highest standards of professionalism and integrity. All communities will be served with respect, dedication, and genuine care. This comes from me personally — to all of our SDP team leaders and to everyone who places their trust in this organization. SDP will have a strong foundation that we will continue building upon. SDP will speak for itself.
