I officially founded the SCAM DOWN Program (SDP+) on July 9, 2023, in Hamilton, Ontario. We serve victims and communities across Canada, the United States, and globally. We collaborate with and support authorities, police services, law enforcement investigators, and judicial bodies at the local, national, and international level — always deferring to their authority and following their guidance. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ⚠️ MINOR PROTECTION PROGRAM ASSISTANCE+ (MPPA+) — UNDER 18 ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ This is a cause I take very personally. If you are under 18 and have been targeted or drawn into a scam — YOU ARE NOT IN TROUBLE. THIS IS NOT YOUR FAULT. SDP+ is not contacting the police on your behalf for coming forward. Just like gambling can become an addiction — being pressured or manipulated into something wrong does not make you a bad person. We are here to help you find a safe, positive way forward. The MPPA+ provides: ✅ Peer support navigation to licensed counselling services ✅ Referral guidance to government-funded emergency support programs ✅ Evidence collection guidance ✅ Voluntary Surrender Program — non-punitive, rehabilitation-based ✅ Peer referral — encourage a friend to come forward ✅ Workshops at schools, libraries & YMCA community centres across Canada and the US ✅ Both minor and parent or guardian engage together ⚠️ IMPORTANT: If you are caught in the future participating in sex trafficking scams, gaming scams, gambling scams, or working with anyone in illegal fraud activity — there will be serious consequences including possible arrest.
